Things I do to keep happy.
My routines are my MVP to happiness. They serve as a guide to get me back on track and become my best self. By documenting my routines I have a place to go when I don't have room to think to keep myself healthy and happy.
Routines are made of small actions. In an ideal world, I can do every item in every routine. In reality, each item is a win in itself. Doing just one, is a step better than doing none.
